Bolt is no ordinary mountain lion. He was created as a government experiment. As a cub, he managed to escape from custody. Bolt has been on the run ever since. The experiment gave Bolt the ability to run REALLY fast. He runs for the thrill (and fights crime on the side) and leads a double life as an ordinary cat.
